Database Administrator / Developer
PLEASE NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance. Also, please note that this is a full time (non-contract) permanent position, requiring a 100% on-site presence at our location in Bedford, Massachusetts. No remote candidates, no non-US citizens, and no agencies please.

Planned growth and increased production have created an urgent need for an experienced Database Administrator / Developer to join our growing Production team.
Responsibilities:
- The Database Administrator / Developer will be responsible for administering Microsoft SQL Server databases, developing and optimizing applications and integrations using the Microsoft SQL Server platform.
- Manage primarily Microsoft SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to production systems
- Tasks include developing, maintaining and enhancing imports, vendor exports, data warehousing tasks, reports, and other data related tasks.
- Monitor job and transfer queues to ensure they are functioning as expected
- Assist in the conversion and loading of MS Office documents into electronic Document Control systems
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree within a technical discipline such as engineering, computer science, or information technology and related fields
- DBA experience of 3-5 years
- Proficient skills using MS SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016
- Strong development skills in SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access
- General Supply Chain knowledge a plus
